Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EricServic.es websites, Control Hub, and hosted services including VPS, VPN, CDN, and related offerings. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Abuse Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to our network or other customers.
Acceptable use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, denial-of-service attacks, cryptocurrency mining without authorization, and any activity that violates applicable law or our Abuse Policy.
Service availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, or force majeure events may affect service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Billing and payment
Fees for paid services are due according to the plan selected at registration or renewal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EricServic.es is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may cancel services through the Control Hub or by contacting support. We may terminate service immediately for material violations.
